Daywise Itinerary
Day 1 is the point where our association starts. You’ll be meeting with our chauffeur after arriving in Bangalore, and then we’ll begin our journey for Ooty.
The journey to Ooty is about 264 km which takes about four to five hours to cover.
During the journey, your chauffeur will take you to see some amazing places, which include
- Mudumalai wildlife sanctuary is a designated tiger reserve on the northern slopes of the Nilgiri Hills in the Nilgiri District. Mudumalai, which means “the ancient hill,” is a beautiful forest land nestled among the mountains.
- Payemundh: a place that offers you alluring weather and relaxing scenery!
- Pykara New Boathouse: Along with a small diner, the Pykara Lake Boat House has many motorboats ranging in size from 8 to 15 seats. You can take the smaller speedboats too if you want an exciting experience.
- 6th Miles: This is roughly 6 miles or 10 kilometres from Ooty. A part of the Wenlock Downs, it has hosted various Indian film shoots throughout the years.
- Golf Links: The Ooty golf links have many varieties of trees, such as rhododendron, oak, scented eucalyptus, and fir, making them a great place to revel in nature’s ambience.
- Pine Forest: The Pine Forest runs between Ooty and Thalakunda, providing a magnificent backdrop to the Nilgiris’ valleys and huge landscapes. The forest trees are grouped in a natural, orderly manner that is quite breathtaking to behold.
- Kamaraj Sagar Dam: It’s about a 10-kilometre drive from the Ooty bus station. located on the Wenlock Downs’ slopes, it’s a picnic place and a popular filming location
- Pykara valley views, Pykara Dam, and Pykara Water Falls: the Pykara lake is an artificial lake, and the Todas regard the Pykara River as extremely sacred. The places offer you great scenic spots perfect for explorations.
Post the sightseeing, in all these places we’ll finally arrive at your hotel in Ooty where you would be relaxing for the night.
Day 2 will be the period where you will be exploring Ooty.

- Ooty’s tea factory
- Ooty’s wax museum
Visiting these places will mostly take up your morning and afternoon, leaving the evening free for some shopping in the locals that our agent will take you for.
After you’ve retired from the day, you’ll again return to your hotel to enjoy some leisure time until morning.
- Day 3 marks the end of our association.
- After your breakfast at the hotel, our agent will take you back to the Bangalore airport or railway station from where you’ll depart, taking some sweet memories with you.
